Stephanie Clairmont
Stephanie Clairmont is an entrepreneur, mom of 3 little humans and has been launching and running online programs since 2013. She created the first online program for dietitians in the country, then the first Low FODMAP program in the world. She has been studying program development and eLearning for almost 20 years.
In running her brick and mortar practice as a dietitian, she quickly realized 1:1 patient care was inefficient and exhausting. She launched several digital programs, memberships and courses and found not only could she make a larger impact and save time, her clients continued to get excellent results. Plus this business model was scalable in a way that could help her make more without burning out.
In 2015, Stephanie started advising other private practice owners how to add digital marketing and eLearning to their practices. She's on a mission to change the way health is delivered to patients and clients, to prevent practitioner burnout and create the best experience possible for patient and practitioner. And she's doing it through courses, trainings, workshops and hands-on coaching here in the Healthcare Impact Academy.

What's Included?
The Healthcare Impact Academy includes 6 months access to our core signature trainings, programs and courses. And 6 months access to the live weekly coaching with Stephanie, monthly live workshops, tech software, tech support and community.
How long do I have access?
You have access for 6 months. After that time you can graduate or you can continue on at our alumni rate for either the coaching tier or tech tier. Both of these tiers include continued access to out trainings, workshops and all updates and new programs.
How do Q&A Calls work?
Q&A calls are to answer your questions. All questions will be pre-submitted prior to the call and Stephanie will go through each one and answer live on Zoom. The replay will be available so you can ask a question whether you're live or not.
What if I already have my program/course launched?
Are people actually signing up for your program? Are you selling as much as you'd like? Do you have an automated system to connect, nurture and sell to new people coming into your world?
Probably not, or you wouldn't be here.
If you've launched a program or course and now need help running it more smoothly, creating tiers or additional spin-off products and selling it consistently, the Academy is for you. You'll benefit from our micro-courses specifically showing you how to create funnels, low price point products, growing your list and more.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
No. You're enrolling in 6 months today. You will be asked if you'd like to renew into the software and/or coaching once your 6 months are up. You will not be charged any more unless you agree to.
Can I cancel?
We honour a 30-day love it or leave it refund policy. If after the first month you don't feel this program is a good fit, we will provide a partial refund for the other 5 months ($1999). This is only provided if you really engage with the program - attend weekly coaching with Stephanie, watch at least 10 training videos, attend a live workshop, really experience the program. This is because we want only the most committed and invested people to join us here, but we understand once and a while we're not the right fit for everyone.
Is there a guarantee?
We can't provide a guarantee on results, due to the nature of the product which is that it's an education product. Which means our strategies, ideas, tools and templates have been used and are intended to help you create online education for your business, but it has to do with your application of them to get the results. Our team stands behind all our products and their quality.
What is the transaction fee for the software?
Some platforms charge you per transaction. We do not. Which means we will only charge you for software usage (free for your first 6 months). We integrate with Stripe and PayPal as merchant accounts and they will charge your transaction fee - check with them for the amount.
Is the software included or do i pay extra?
Our full feature software is included for 6 months giving you access to a very high quality, all-in-one CRM, that is also HIPAA-compliant. We license Go High Level, a world-renowned top CRM and have personalized and customized it for the needs of Health Professionals.
On your own you would be paying over $700 each month for this software. It's included in your initial 6 months, at no additional cost. After 6 months if you'd like to continue to use the software, you can continue your subscription for only $199/month.
Are there any additional fees for the software?
Your rate includes 10,000 emails sent. After that, we charge the industry norm for emails sent. If you want to use text, phone or AI services, there are additional fees based on data use.
What if I want more hands-on coaching support?
